Can I upload more than one file at the same time during search?
No. Please upload only one file per search. Otherwise our system has difficulties reading it and showing you the correct answers.
Can I upload files larger than a certain size?
Files above a certain size may be rejected. Within the upload area is a note that states the maximum MB amount.
If your file is very large, split it into smaller parts.
What is bulk-search used for?
Bulk Search helps you find many products at once by uploading a file instead of searching manually.
Why is my file not accepted?
Check if your file uses the correct column structure.
