Account & Settings
How do I get access to the Customer Portal?
You cannot create an account yourself. The portal works by invitation only. If your company should have access, please contact your MANN+HUMMEL Sales representative.
I received an invitation. How do I activate my account?
Click the link in the invitation email and follow the steps. You will set your password and then you can log in.
I cannot log in. What should I do?
Check your email and password. If it still does not work, use “Forgot Password” or contact support.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login page, click “Forgot Password”. You will receive an email with a reset link.
Why does the system say, ‘Account not found’?
Your account might not be activated yet or the email you entered does not match the invitation. Try the exact email from the invitation email.
What happens if I enter the wrong password too many times?
Your account may be temporarily locked. Wait a few minutes and try again, or use “Forgot Password”.
Do I need to verify my email address?
Yes. You must confirm your email via the link in your invitation before you can log in.
Is my account automatically removed if I do not use the portal for a long time?
No. Your access stays active unless your company requests removal.
Order & Delivery
How can I place an order?
You can either add single Items to your shopping card or upload your order as an CSV format to add them to the shopping card.
What happens if I order products that are unavailable?
Depending on the process defined for your account, unavailable parts will be shipped at a later stage.
How do I add products to my order?
Enter the quantity on the product page and click “Add to Cart”.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns, unless there is a problem with the product itself. Then file a claim.
Can I save my shopping cart for later?
Yes. Your cart stays saved as long as you stay logged in. Your Cart will be saved for up to 48 hours.

What is Bulk Search used for?
Bulk Search helps you find many products at once by uploading a file instead of searching manually.
Can I upload files larger than a certain size?
Files above a certain size may be rejected. If your file is very large, split it into smaller parts.
